Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to 5 business days from shipment date for transit. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped.

Estimated delivery date will be provided once your emailed tracking number has been activated.

We ship to the U.S. and worldwide.

For U.S. Orders:
Our standard shipping rate is $2.99 and we offer free complimentary shipping on all orders $29.99 and above.

For International Orders:
Shipping rate will be calculated at check out. Price varies depending on weight and location.

At the moment, we only ship using USPS.

You will receive an email containing your tracking number(s) once the order has shipped. You can track your order by going to the USPS tracking page.

Yes, we can have your items shipped via priority mail (1-3 business days) or express (1-2 business days). Additional charges will apply.

Returns and exchanges

All returns must be processed within 14 days of receiving the order. Please note that the product must be unused, unwashed or undamaged and in original packaging for a full refund on shoppawzzle.com. 

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on damaged products due to pet play, sale items or gift cards.

We do not provide prepaid return labels. You are responsible for covering shipping costs to return. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we can’t issue your refund.

To start a return, please reach out to our customer support team at hello@shoppawzzle.com with your order number and the product(s) that you would like to return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do not accept exchanges. Please return your item and make a separate purchase for the new item. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes, you may cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped. Please reach out as soon as possible to our customer support team at hello@shoppawzzle.com or use the Contact Form with your order number.
